There’s lots of ways to get support, including seeing your local doctor, health professional, crisis telephone counselling, going to the hospital and self-help. Depending on where you live, the way you get help may vary. Generally, seeing your local doctor or GP is a good first step to getting support and treatment. It can be hard, and sometimes it may take a few different attempts before you find the support you need, but the right help IS out there for you.
